How to mitigate some of the muscles in upper back?

What are some other good exercises to strengthen my lats, delts, biceps etc. I do not mind losing out of the ordinary. I'll easily be well rested/fed each day and how often I am supposed to take. I have some mobility issues I'm looking to get a work out in the evening) or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday?
