What would be the best workout for a few 30 hour work shifts?

However, I did do 40 minutes last week when I go to GNC for my fitness goal of getting stronger. Problem is; if i do it an hour after dinner. I really don't know if I continue this with some fitness. Also, I plan on doing a 4 day split + one rest day, but I think of it as I've never heard of this.
